What we collect

When you send an enquiry or message, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number, and the content of your enquiry (for example part numbers, quantities, delivery details and any notes). If you apply to become a supplier, we also collect information about your company and what you supply.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and fulfil orders.
  • To assess and manage suppliers.
  • To keep records needed for quality, traceability, export and accounting purposes.

We rely on our legitimate interests in running and growing our business, on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on our legal obligations where records must be kept. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Your information is handled by our own team. It is stored using the service providers that run our website and business systems (including Wix, which hosts this website, and our email provider). Where we need to source a part, we may share part details with suppliers, but we only share your personal details with them where it is needed to fulfil your order. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and order records only as long as we need them for the purposes above, including any period required by law for accounting, quality or export records.
